One of the many things I love most about Tennessee is all the scenic state parks there are here, especially east Tennessee. Even in the winter, you are sure to find breath taking locations. For Bailey & Austin’s engagement session I had a few ideas in mind for the location. But we settled on this state park. This Seven Islands State Birding Park winter engagement session is definitely one of my favorites!
Even though it was the end of November, the temperature was mild, there was gorgeous golden light, and Bailey & Austin were up for anything. We walked the main trail for the photos while chatting up a storm. These two brought so much warmth to the session as well! They both have such contagious smiles, and I love how they look at each other in all of these pictures. Trust me, it’ll make you happy and your heart melt just seeing how in love they are. Keep scrolling to see a handful of my favorite images from their Seven Islands State Birding Park winter engagement session. I am beyond excited to shoot their wedding in October of the coming year!
If you’re interested in exploring Seven Islands State Birding Park for yourself (which I would definitely recommend!), here is their website for more info. Robert, Blazer and I personally love to hike the trailheads they have in the summer. They also offer a number of activities throughout the year. Check it out here!
