A dreamy and whimsical lifestyle garden family photo session photographed on film in Knoxville, TN

Jasmine and I have been “Knoxville mommy friends” for a couple years. We met through a mutual group of friends a couple years back and quickly bonded over our love for Jesus. I instantly thought she was just radiant and beautiful. Inside & out!! So when I had the priviledge to photograph her and her precious family, I was beyond excited!! Once you see how adorable and FUN they’re kiddos are, you’ll totally understand why I was so excited!

We started their lifestyle, garden family session at their home on the front porch and front lawn. The golden hour light showering over them from behind their home was *chef’s kiss*. After getting some wiggles and runs out at the house, we headed to the Knoxville Botanical Gardens. The lighting only became more dreamy.

As we walked around, we found a new (to me, at least) flower cut garden. It’s as if it was just waiting for us to be photographed in. I allowed the Burgraff family to take their time playing, running, smelling the blooms, and cuddling amongst the gorgeous garden. Stepping back to let them be in the moment and enjoy their time together (as if I wasn’t even there) yielded some precious moments for me to capture. The film shot for this photo shoot really photographed all the vibrant colors of the flowers beautifully. It was all a photogapher’s dream!

But I have to say, some of my favorite images from the night were the very last few of the kiddos at the end being so silly. We were heading back to the car right before we took these few images. You will have to let me know what you think of them. 🙂

I’m so thankful I got to photograph the Burgraff family at the Knoxville Botanical Gardens. It is a special lifestyle garden family photo session in Knoxville I will always cherish. And will probably be sharing the images of for a long time. 🙂
