As you may know, I am based in Knoxville, TN, but I travel often for weddings, usually out of state. This charming summer Wisconsin wedding was one of them, and it was also old stopping grounds for my husband who is from there. When Jesse, the groom, reached out to me about photographing their wedding, I was ecstatic as he is a good friend of mine and Robert’s. And I was beyond excited to meet Hannah! Just from trolling her on Facebook and Instagram and communicating with her via email about details before the wedding, I knew she was the biggest sweet-heart and full of life! And she’s an amazing artist too! (Check out her work here!) When I arrived the day of the wedding and entered her getting-ready room, I was welcomed with the biggest smile and brightest, big blue eyes. Hannah was an absolute dream to photograph and serve for her big day- so full of joy!
Hannah and Jesse’s adoration and affection for each other just beam in the photos as you will see as you scroll. Even though we were on the brink of downpour rain during their portrait time, they loved every minute of their portraits and so did I! (As bride & groom portrait time is my favorite time of the wedding day!) Hannah & Jesse hosted a charming summer Wisconsin wedding in their small-town. They beautifully entwined his love for all things country and her feminine elegance for a refreshing, non-stuffy wedding. I feel like it was a country love song brought to life! Keep scrolling to see all my favorites from their day.
